On Saturday the 4th of March 2023 saw the Advanced Breast Cancer Group hold the regular Workshop for Women, Partners, Families and Friends. The workshop was a great success, with members and families attending, although we did miss those women who weren’t able to be there this time.
This workshop consisted of a Q&A session with Dr Vlad Andelkovic and also Q&A with Breast Care Nurses Bethany Crowe and Katie Head
To conclude the workshop, a Show and Tell session was conducted by Bernard Houston, a local composer, long time supporter of our service and member of our Board. Guests were asked to bring along a photo or example of a hobby, interest or other creative activity of that was shared with other guests.
Exercise
Skiing – hire snow shoes which are almost as much fun as skiing, but lessen the chance of doing damage if you fall over. (And lessen the chance of falling over.)
